"A simple gesture of kindness, can fill a galaxy of hope."

―Bail Organa

Bail Organa was an Senator in the Galactic Republic senate and the Imperial Senate in the years before the Galactic Civil War, as well as the Viceroy of Alderaan during both the Clone Wars and the Galactic Civil War. Bail was known as the main founder of the rebellion, alongside Ahsoka Tano, and would continue to support the rebellion, even after it formed into the Alliance to Restore the Republic. However, Bail would later be killed by the Empire when Alderaan was destroyed by the Death Star.

History Edit

Bail was born into the Organa family years before the start of the Clone Wars, being raised on his family's home planet of Alderaan. Just a few years before the start of the Clone Wars. Bail became the new Viceroy of Alderaan, and as such, was elected to represent Alderaan in the Galactic Republic as their new Senator. As a Senator within the Galactic Republic, Bail would go on to witness the Clone Wars rage across the galaxy, even aiding some Republic Clone Troopers in various battles during the war.

Eventually, when the war came to an end, and Chancellor Sheev Palpatine reorganized the Republic into the Galactic Empire, Bail began to loose faith in the goverment that he served in, however, decided against speaking out against Palpatine, and instead began to work in secret with the former Jedi Commander, Ahsoka Tano, in building a small resistance against the new Empire.

For the next few years, Bail would continue to aid his new rebel cell, as well as aiding several others, with the aid of his adopted daughter, Princess Leia Organa. Bail would continue his work with these rebel cells up until the start of the Galactic Civil War, and the formation of the Alliance to Restore the Republic. During this time, Bail would continue his support for the rebel movement, along with a few other Imperial Senators, up until his death when the Death Star fired it's planet destroying laser on Alderaan.
